Okay, that title was melodramatic and pathetic, but it's not too far off the mark. Living here in Asia, I'm surrounded by Catholics (Philippines) and Buddhists (Taiwanese and Thai). All wonderful people; all hooked on a need to believe in some afterlife mumbo-jumbo. Save me, someone (in the living, not the metaphysical, sense)!!
