I cant accept 'faith' as an answer I fully acknowledge that there existence of the world itself, could imply a higher power. I think that the logic that something cant come from nothing, should apply to a deity as well. I think people want answers so bad to the meaning of life and what happens after death that they create religion to provide them with a sense a of comfort. The truth is that there is a strong possibility that humans only have higher intelligence but are no different then any other species on the planet. We dont talk about heaven for the insects and other organisms. The sad reality is that there could be nothing, after life and most people find that too hard to accept.

It all comes down to letting go, of fear, enjoy life even if in the end it may not matter.

My atheism and nihilism are closely tied together.

Despite how this may sound. I am a very positive person in real life and I dont let these thoughts influence my behavior despite how strongly I believe them.
