Isocrite, 40

No Woo Philosopher Nerd I'm really big into philosophy and especially natural philosophy (the original name for what we now call science). In this particular state, I find it exceptionally difficult to find people, at least through random natural meetings, that share a similar godless outlook. Since random encounters and natural selection is just so tedious, I figured a bit of intelligent design might be in order. Terrible joke, I know, but it had to be made. I like to think of myself as being open and honest to a fault, but of course you can't trust me on that since a liar may well say the same thing. Although whether or not he might admit it is another story... or is it?. I'm also a smart --- if you couldn't tell. I am almost always making sort sort of joke. I'm the type who makes jokes about his own dead mother hours after her being hit by a truck because sometimes laughter is the only way to break the tension (that's why Shakespeare had little humorous interjections in his tragedies). I'm also a big time nerd when it comes to things like anime and computers. The only other thing that must be mentioned is that I suffer from social anxiety and panic attacks. To me butterflies in my stomach feel like carnivorous flying razorblades frantically attempting an escape. As such, I cannot date someone unless I'm friends first and completely comfortable around them. That being said, I'm looking for new friends!
