Pick Me People tell me I'm honest, compassionate, adventurous and unconventional. I've been told I am intelligent (glad I've got them fooled) and curious. Although I consider myself independent, I am not a feminist. I've come close to marriage but either the timing or the person was not right. In my twenties I backpacked, worked and lived in several countries for eight years (got deported from a few) and will never lose my passion for experiencing new cultures. I'm a native Californian. I have six siblings with whom I'm incredibly close; they are my best friends. I love children and enjoy my neices and nephews as often as I can. I'm confident about my looks but am as neurotic about them as the next female
