Since childhood, I have had little, if any, interest in anything related to God or religion or the spiritual realm. Maybe my atheism has resulted from my tendency to think and *nalyze more than usual (whatever the usual amount of thinking and *nalyzing entails). This may sound like Atheism 101, but religion exists mainly for authoritarians and/or con artists to profit from oppressing followers who have embraced a particular faith as a way to handle I prefer to pay attention to the corporeal world, to contribute something to society, whether artistically or in interpersonal relationships.
