Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that? I believe that a man could become obsessed by a woman from a single encounter, and if she could allow herself to feel vulnerable she, then she could see through the bars of his plight and ache for him. I do not believe in soul-mates; rather, I think that it is the choices we make or have made that keep us apart. No one can choose their race or gender, but we can choose how we want to live our lives. I am single because I refuse to settle. I am single because I don’t play the social game. I want a woman who wants to be told the truth, even if that truth is not what she wants to hear. I want a woman who understands the difference between a liability and an asset. I want a woman who is just as sure what she wants tomorrow as she is today. Make-up, fake nails, fake hair, perfect this, or perfect that are all superfluous; what do you stand for and what do you fight against, that is what is important.

Personally, I am looking for someone simple, intellectual, and real. I am looking for passion, support, and understanding. I want to talk for hours on the phone, experience the things you have to offer, share my inner thoughts, and listen to yours. So much more to say, but I’d rather say it to you directly.
