Why I am an atheist I am an atheist because all of the god concepts that have been defined to be are lacking in evidence, and break the laws of logic. I am very tired of living in a world in which delusional people not only run the world, but use ancient edicts from morally bankrupt barbaric texts. The reason that i became an atheist is that i became a rational thinking skeptic, thus not allowing me to believe ridiculous things. The reason that i am not only an atheist, but an anti-theist, i despise religion. It is an absolutely horrible thing that has set this world back by thousands of years and I am determined to do my share of stopping the spreading of these poisonous beliefs.
