Open minded and a bit nerdy. Hello there. I'm pretty new to the dating game but not a stranger to romance (and by that I mean I experience romance in movies, stories, and games).

If I could describe myself in a few words, I suppose I'd say I'm gentle, shy, liberal, and a child at heart. I'm not the smartest person on the planet, but I am educated, constantly seek new information, and have an associate degree in digital multimedia. I also try to keep up on current events as well as social issues and stuff like that.

Obviously I'm an atheist, but I'm also a liberal, a feminist, an animal lover, and overall I want equal rights for everyone. I know the word feminist can scare some people, but I'm not one of those people on tumblr that hate on trans people or hate 'cis scum' (though I am on tumblr, mostly talking about fandoms and stuff). Equal rights for all means EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL. It's a pretty straight forward idea.

Things I enjoy tend to be movies (typically scifi/fantasy), writing, cartoons/anime, video games, trading card games, and other stuff typically seen as outside my age group, but whatever. It makes me happy so why not.

Things I dislike are ignorance, bigotry, cruelty, vegetables, and Decepticons (except Soundwave and his tapes, they're cool).

I'm a little on the heavy side due to a diet mostly consisting of meat, dairy, and sweets, but I'm not morbidly obese or anything (yet). I need glasses to see, and if I were in an anime, my outfit would be a black graphic tee and khaki cargo pants.

Topics I enjoy typically involve the shows or games I watch/play as well as science and like minded ideals. Trigger words that get me talking are Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Transformers, Digimon, MLP, fantasy/science fiction, and anything involving new discoveries in the news, from anything involving science to history. Just ask for things I enjoy talking about and I'll happily give you a list of things I enjoy.
