Looking to expand my social network of bright, secular folks I'm a pretty unusual guy. I am not into sports and I don't know anything about cars, but I enjoy things like cooking, shopping, and dancing. Granted I don't shop or dance very often, but I do cook just about every day. I just love fresh food and eating at least somewhat healthy. Needless to say I do not frequent fast food establishments! I will make a rare exception if I am on the road and late for something but otherwise I stay away.

I can be blunt sometimes so I usually click better with people who can appreciate a little dry wit and a generally odd sense of humor. I see the humor in everything, for better or worse. I'm also strikingly bold, direct, decisive, and straightforward. I carry myself in a very friendly and pleasant manner however so only the shyest are intimidated by me. I will be the first to introduce myself and start conversations with new people at social gatherings and am the opposite of timid.

I have a pretty active lifestyle, exercising and walking a few miles once or twice daily, and I enjoy getting outside for a little hiking, swimming, canoeing, snowboarding, or bike riding, but then some days I just feel like staying in and making dinner, reading a book or watching a movie. I'm always adventurous though and there's not much I enjoy more than trying new things.
