It would seem all the mentally stable women in Utah are either taken or hiding... so this is my attempt to meet new people. I figure, increase number of acquaintances, increase chance of meeting someone I could stand to spend my time with.

Personally, I am of the opinion that love is something that is built on top of an existing friendship, not something that crops up over night. I don't care what my friends say about the "friend pasture". Every time I have tried to just dive into a relationship, it simply fell apart because there was no substance, no history between us.

So call me old fashioned, but to any of you women who happen to be reading this, you will have to get to know me first before you go throwing yourselves at me...and yes, there was some sarcasm there, too =)
