Modern gentleman seeks accomplice I'm a college educated antique dealer/artist who just doesn't get enough opportunities to be social. I live and work alone and most all of my friends have coupled up or moved away. I have never been married and have no dependants, but am a cat owner (my last girlfriend and I broke up because her little dog scared my cats and soiled my floor; so please, no accessory dogs).
I dig classic motorcycles (dislike Harley Davidsons though), metal sculpting, modern art, mid-century furniture, indy films, music that the radio mostly ignores and Kieth Olbermann. I love my life and am secure in every sense of the word, but I'm not a cocky @ssh*le. I lean left and hope to meet a like mind.
I'm a social drinker and 420 friendly.
Intimately, I'm practically fearless and extremely difficult to shock.
I'd really like to meet an atypical woman who's not too terribly attracted or attached to the mainstream. Someone who doesn't flee from complex emotions but would rather learn and grow when the opportunity arises. Someone who cares about things that happen to people other than herself and those she personally knows. A woman who doesn't need someone to be happy, but does want someone just the same. A sexy woman who takes reasonably good care of herself and knows the difference between indulgence and over-indulgence. And ideally I'd prefer a woman doesn't have any kids living with her. Please understand that I do love kids and in fact spent a year in the Art Education program at Ohio State and spent 3 summers teaching art to children for the Wexner Center; for now though, I simply want to be with someone who can be recklessly spontaneous and has few responsibilities, though exceptions are expected.
