I get a kick out of karaoking "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt with my nose plugged in front of a bunch of strangers (and yes, I'm really in a PhD program...)
I'm generally a very sweet girl if I like you, but I am intelligent and opinionated. I like a guy who can strike a balance between respectful chivalry and not turning himself into a doormat. I am told that I'm funny in that sort of sarcastic/I probably just offended you type of way.
Ideally I'm looking for a guy who can make me smile and laugh. He should be stupidly funny yet mature when it counts and open/honest/communicative. Someone that has a positive demeanor but a sharp wit. I'm not interested in religious people or people with children. He doesn't have to be vegetarian, but it's a bonus
As much as I like going out, I equally love staying in with my friends to have a few drinks, watch hilarious movies, apply fake tattoos, and possibly engage in some SingStar karaoke or Rock Band. If that sounds like fun to you, we'd probably get along.
