Anarchist on a Faultline

For me, to be an atheist is a statement of faith, a faith that there is no higher power, and, to be honest, I am not such a person. I have long considered myself a Taoist in the line of Lao Tsu's Tao Te Ching, but sensing even that Chuang-Tsu was off the mark. I am also an anarchist, and as many anarchists point out, to believe in a sentient higher power is to make oneself a slave to that power. I do not see the Tao as sentient, but rather as nature.
