Hey everyone, just a few things about why im here first. I am a student in christian school doing a world religions project. My group and I chose atheism because it seemed interesting to choose one of the most prevalent religions in todays society. Anyways, I would like to know some of the arguments you would use to convince someone towards atheism, maybe some of the major flaws you see in religion. Anything you say will be really helpful for my report, thanks.

While doing research for a novel, I came upon some things that makes me doubt Christianity.

(1) There is an allegory in Galations (of The Bible). If it is a made up story and the people are made up, then that means Jesus Christ's bloodline is made up.

(2) One of the past Popes said something like this myth of Christ has served us well.

(3) There are other religions that uses some of the same aspects of Christianity (Zeitgeist movie), or should I say Christianity gets stuff from other religions.

I am of no religion of any kind there are no aurguments that I would make to you braydenmitchell to prove that there is no God that in it of it self is its biggest flaw. Niceguypro....mmm theres that proof again and its flawed, please I mean no disrespect if God does exist he is nothing more than another species...

`Atheism is not a religion because of nonbelief of supernatural beings, miracles, an afterlife, etc. Atheism means no religion. (If evidence can be shown for supernatural beings, miracles, an afterlife, etc., then that would be accepted by atheists.
