Hey, my name is Josh. I'm a strict Atheist but i do practice Theravada Buddhism, which is very helpful in dealing with the stress of constant battle with religious influence in America right now. i was raised in split homes and never got around to my Dad's place often. Its a good thing, him and his family are trinity christians, and while that's all well and good, my sisters got indoctrinated into their religion. i respect my father but after having extreme anger and aggression I snapped and filed for divorce of my dad. now he is just Paul to me. i'm glad my mother was a skeptic, and let me be raised according to my own beliefs and moral values. which helped me later in life when i found out all the problems i had with the church, the bible, belief and blind ignorance. i became a atheist strictly at 12 years old, 2 months after i filed for separation from my father. and i never really thought about what to say to my christian friends so i just ignored their imaginary fried until i was about 15 when i got really into knowledge, and reason. i became fascinated in theoretical physics. and through you tube videos i found a lot of agnostic and christian debates. got hooked and learned a lot along the way. i also took up buddhism as a way to still affiliate myself within a way of life i felt happy in as well as not having to believe in anything that i couldn't find proof of. giving me much less anger when dealing with stubborn people. but basically, i'm a nice guy, but i do argue with theists a lot, i find it a way to sharpen the mind, and its enjoyable. i try and use logic in every sentence, and i'm not much of a lover, im more interested in a good argument, as well as maybe meeting some people who don't have a god stuck up their ass.
