I am a Canadian citizen, but I have lived in the US since I was 8. I am half way through with my Masters degree in English. I hope to become an English professor, a published novelist, and a property owner within the next three years. I work full time for a distribution warehouse and I do tutoring on the side as well as selling stuff on eBay and Etsy. My immediate goal is to get rid of my credit card debt, which should be gone by September, and to start in on my student loans which I plan to pay off in just over 5 years.
I have a few simple rules which I will not budge on. It's nothing personal, they're just my rules. They are in descending level of importance.
1. NO KIDS - I just got out of a relationship with a guy that had a very young child and it was just too hard.
2. You must have a job, your own car, and your own place (roommates are fine, just not living with your parents or couch crashing)
3. You must be at least 6 feet tall. I'm sure there are a lot of great guys our there that are shorter, but I am just not attracted to men under 6 feet. Again, nothing personal.
4. Must be open to herbalism (*WINK*)
5. Must love dogs - I don't have one yet, but the second that I own my own place I am getting one.
6. Must be older than me, but within reason - most of the men I have dated have been significantly older than myself, but I draw the line at 13 years so under 39
That's about it. I am a pretty easy person to please, give me respect, love and some stimulating conversation every now and again and I am all kinds of lovey.
