Drama is a bad thing? Working musician seeks local Hi! Moved here last year from midtown Manhattan. I'm a working classical musician, so my tastes in entertainment/arts/culture are very specific. This is not a hobby or an escape hatch, it's what I do for money. If you're truly okay with that and don't ask me if I like Yanni, et al, it's a great start. I am politically very liberal and not a wallflower nor a homebody, so if you are seeking a quiet, demure gal, I might not be your ideal. Typing, spelling and speaking whole words and sentences (in any language you prefer) is a requirement. Bonus points if you have a dazzling smile. Love of dogs and cats is great. Coffee-infused, hyperworkaholics encouraged. Be a high-energy omnivore or you won't keep up with me. Younger is better. Early risers and insomniacs appreciated.

Yes, a photo is a must; if you're married, creepy/needy/weepy/whiny, racist, gun-toting, vulgar, closeted chat addict, comb-over/toupeed, in prison, lacking front teeth or photographed as a blur in a dirty T-shirt with a baseball cap, don't even think about contacting me.

I'm drawn to those working in sciences, math, visual arts, education, law, language/comms, literature/publishing, among others. If you work in finance, marketing/development, direct sales or are an acid rock drummer, there is a strong possibility we might stare at one another blankly and cluelessly, even through the most fantastic cup of coffee.
