I am of the human race, good or bad, that's just the way it is. I have recently (6 months ago) got out of the VA hosp. after spending nearly a year for a brain injury I suffered in an accident, I am currently going to school through Voc. rehab., I still have some minor cognitive problems, but I'm a whole lot better than I was! So, in other words, I am starting life all over again; this does not bother me because I do like challenges and I have a positive attitude. I mention this first because I know there are people out there that prefer someone on more stable ground. Friends and family would describe me as fun, loyal, a great sense of humor and laid back, but certainly not lazy, my kids think I'm the coolest dad in the world....at least you know I have great kids!..lol. I am a goal oriented person and belive that if you can't go from point A to Point B with someone ( making a goal and reaching it together, each having there own objective), then you can't work together, and will eventually part ways. I believe that respect is the corner stone to any functional and happy relationship, and any type of blatant abuse, either verbal, physical or otherwise, and I leave it, even if it hurts real bad, and would hope the person I am with would have enough self respect to do the same. I do not get along with people who have religious hang-up, or who are dogmatic in any sense of the word. I am looking for someone who is positive, loyal, goal oriented, and likes to joke around and have fun, one who is not afraid to love and be loved, and likes challenges.
