Friends anyone? I'm nobody special, truth to tell. I'm one of those folks who could die in their sleep and not be missed for a few days. I'm old fashioned when it comes to basic courtesy and respect. I like to think I've open mind and heart, and, most especially, I love a good laugh. Especially at conservatives. I'd decribe myself as a liberal, athiest, closet trancendentalist, minor anorak, virgin tomboy. Oh, and I really am a literal "old maid." My "passions" in life are Doctor Who, horses, writing, reading, the arts, antiques & history. I've had friends from all walks of life: gay, straight, Christian, Muslim, athiest, Wican, educated and uneducated, rich and poor. I love animals & have pets, and adore the outdoors. Live in a big city, but am a country girl at heart. I live at the bottom of life's pile, in what I call "Reality-land," where all it would take is one tiny bit of lost income, and I'd be on the streets. It's a reality I must live with every single day. Oh, and fair warning: One thing I am super-passionate (read: angry) about, is the grossly imbalaced and inhumane state of American so-called health care.
