I am widowed and retired from Social Work. I am looking for friendship and perhaps more - depending on our connection. I am raising my toddler grandson so if kids aren't your thing I'm not your girl. I love to read, watch movies, play board games, classic cars, traveling, long drives in the country, the beach and talking. I enjoy socializing but I tend to be more of a loner. I am a liberal democrat and I take pride in being politically aware of what's going on in the country. I like to watch sports - I am unable to participate due to a disabled foot. LOVE music - in particular hard rock, classic rock, alternative, grunge, singer/songwriter, folk and blues. I am not crazy for country music but I have found that there are some artists that I enjoy. I try to be open to music and not just write off an entire genre. In the past I have been an avid concert goer and would like to participate in that activity once again with a like minded man. I am an honest person and will expect the same in turn.
