Hi, my name is Blair. I am from Barrie, Ontario and I'm looking for a special someone to be part of my life. Although young, 18, I am quite mature in many aspects of my views and etiquette. I really enjoy philosophy and science as an educational part time and I myself am a physicalist. I also enjoy video-gaming and find it as a good way to pass time. I attend the gym regularly, about 4-5 times a week, and I have a pescetarian diet. I enjoy a lot of different types of music except for country I prefer progressive metal, and punk-rock bands like Tool and Bad Religion. I find I can be pretty political sometimes and someone who could put up with that would be great. I have learned that I can be someone who is difficult to sway from their position and that is something I will be honest about. I really believe that the key to a relationship is communication and that communication is built on trust. I am looking for a love that will last a long time with these components and I want to be able to provide it as well. On a side note, I really enjoy science-fiction too. Movies like 'Close encounters of a third kind' and 'Fifth Element' are movies that resonate as some of my favourites. I also enjoy other movies as well like 'The Usual Suspects' and find that movie watching is a great way to spend time with others. I enjoy reading books too; I try to stay with classics and non-fictions. Recently I read Sam Harris' Waking Up: A guide to Spirituality without Religion and it was very interesting. Some of my favourite classic novels include 'The Outsider' by Camus, 1984 by Orwell, and Anthem by Ayn Rand. I have found many people inspiring and have found many public figures that have been my idols, but as most of us change, I outgrew a lot of them. I am looking for someone who is into deep conversations, is emotionally supportive, enjoys things like comic-con, is interested in long-term commitment, is a best-friend, is honest, and is interested in travelling later in life.
