Hi, I am originally from Chicago but have lived in several states and am now in Texas. Although Texas has many endearing qualities, freedom of thought is not one of them and it is difficult for people to even accept you as a moral human being once you let them know you're an athiest.
I would like to meet and/or correspond with people who have similar beliefs. It would greatly help my peace of mind to have a community on line where I can fit in.
I have a degree in biology and work in the food industry. I enjoy walking, especially in the woods in the fall, reading, history, etc. My favorite TV show is "Dead Like Me".
