I joined a Unitarian Universalist "church" about two months before my soulmate/husband died after a tragic accident. The many compassionate people in my congregation kept me from killing myself. We are almost all Athiests or Agnostics. I consider myself a Secular Humanist. Since we are a "welcoming" church, we have Gays, Christians, Buddhists, a few Jews....it doesn't matter what spiritual beliefs you hold. Our main principle is The Golden Rule.

I live in a very CONSERVATIVE, Christian area of SE Wisconsin. Even my own family is Catholic! Nevertheless, they are very supportive and loving toward me.

My loneliness at home, after my volunteering, exercise classes, meals with friends, spending time with family, is still strong and depressing. I've been told it takes about five years to get past the worst of your grief after losing a loved one. I can't have too many friends!!!! They make life worth living.

I tried Match.com and SeniorPeopleMeet.com with poor results. I refuse to lie about being Liberal. Anyone out there who shares my feelings? I don't want to marry again. I am looking for friendship, intellectual stimulation, sharing FUN!

Not necessary to suffer so long after loss of partner.
A new beginning is much easier after releasing the habits that are suddenly unworkable.

This is best done with help from a sorceror
or a healer trained in deep tissue massage for release of cellular memories.
Absuchan Ka is only version I am acquainted with that was taught in USA.
Doesn't matter that the practitioners are mostly barking mad, it works.

No conflict with being an atheist - it is religion that is restrictive.

`Heretic, are you kidding? Sorcerer, really? Cellular memories? No no no. I don't think this jives with Atheism at all. Sorry but you seem to have the wrong room for that sort of thing.
