geez!..gotta clean this place sometime!...here it is!!!..no, that's an old
note to myself to do laundry....

`it depends on the way we watch the life. if you observer the life from outside of it life is meaningless and it just a biological process without any definite goal.
but if you watch it from inside you yourself can define it and give a meaning to it.
sorry for my weakness in english.

`We chose strange words sometimes.Who said life "means anything",,what is the meaning of death,,,,????what is the meaning of infinity???I,m sure we could phrase it better,If we are to assume a predetermined meaning,who determined it.???we could ask what is the point, ? same answer! we could ask what is the purpose of existance???. But for there to be any,goal aim expectation, any of these ideas all point to one idea, god, for there to be any right or wrong we invented it.For there to be a meaning we are suposed to get it,s god,so"meaning of life?" "something that lives and breaths"

`yes i agree too most problem around these subject are just false words games.
if you want define life in more exact way you should mention the most common properties of all live things. these common properties are reproducing and energy consumption (and perhaps the tendency to reduce the entropy vice versa in none alive part of universe).
[by the way a computer virus has all these properties is it alive?].

I like the meaning of life from the Character of Curly, from the movie "City Slickers" (paraphrased): we all have one thing that is most important to us- for each person it's different. For that one thing we defend it, grow it, and live for it. That's the meaning of life.
